Uninstall Notepad In Command Prompt:

Launch the command prompt.

Please enter the following command after pasting it into the command prompt.
PowerShell -command "Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.WindowsNotepad* | Remove-AppxPackage"
You may now choose to close the command prompt.
